Ed commenced his career at LivePerson (NASDAQ: LPSN) prior to its initial public offering, where he spearheaded the construction of the company’s entire infrastructure from scratch. Subsequently, after several years of experience in a specialized value-added reseller (VAR) environment, he founded NYTE in 2008 and has since witnessed its steady growth.

Ed possesses Microsoft certifications in MSCE+ for Exchange and demonstrates exceptional expertise in email management and anti-phishing solutions. Furthermore, he holds credentials in Cisco CCNA, SonicWALL SP, Citrix CSE, and ISCE CISSP, encompassing a comprehensive understanding of security and infrastructure management.
